Mentoring Partnerships for Conservation Leadership
Earth Care Connection, USA has created an innovative Mentoring Partnerships for Conservation Leadership Program. This unique, national Program is designed to engage experienced leaders working in the private, tribal and public sectors with emerging leaders who seek to have a more influential voice in the conservation community.
ECC's facilitated, web-based mentoring partnership program matches proteges with mentors to establish relationships that emphasize co-inquiry and growth for both partners. Partnerships often experience dialogs that are rich in listening, reflection and mutual learning. The Program is designed to be challenging and flexible.
This is a Program that will heighten your awareness of resource stewardship issues and leadership strategies within the context of your current and future work.
Please follow these steps to reinvest in yourself and the earth's resources.
- Join ECC
- Complete the Leadership Development Assessment to further identify your leadership strengths and areas for growth.
- After you complete the Leadership Development Assessment, apply to be a Protege or a Mentor.
